This is how you save the day: work your mascara deep into the tube to get a good drop. Then transfer everything to a clean, hard surface (your nail is ideal in a pinch); dab the edge of a fine-tipped brush and paint a very fine line along the lashes (a thick brush may not apply very evenly). This method is safe for your eyes and will ensure that your mascara stays in place for a long time!
