3. Take it easy
To stop biting your nails the next day is quite difficult and too abrupt for many people. So why not set more achievable goals? So, starting with a nail that you leave alone is a good option and becomes a great motivation when you see how beautiful a nail in great shape is!
4. Keep nails short
It’s quite simple… the longer they are, the greater the temptation to gnaw at them. So, as long as the habit is still there, we don’t try to let them grow and we keep them short (1 millimeter of white is good).
